It takes less than five minutes. Tell me your goals, your current situation, and what you're interested in. The more context you give me, the better I can respond.
I review and respond
I read every inquiry personally and respond within 24–48 hours. I will either ask a few follow-up questions or propose a time for an intro call.
We have an intro conversation
A short call or message exchange to talk through your goals in detail, answer your questions, and figure out if we're a good fit. No commitment, no pressure.
We build your plan
If we decide to move forward, I put together a coaching structure tailored specifically to you - your goals, your schedule, your starting point. Then we get to work.
